Kate Holt RN is a Core Energetics practitioner. Kate will collaborate with you in formulating your intentions for your work. Any of the following tools may be offered and utilized: Core Energetics, Spiritual Support, Prayer, Hypnosis, Reiki, Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch, and Therapeutic use of Essential Oils. Core Energetics may involve use of movement, breath and voice, in addition to discussion, education and energy work.
Kate's love, wisdom, and deep spiritual connection allow you to go to the 'places' you need to go to heal. Her intention is to provide life-enhancing and end-of-life care services with respect, dignity, and compassion that seek to align the mind, body and spirit. Kate's goal for each interaction is to assist you in expanding your consciousness so that you may have a deeper, more whole experience of your authentic self. New light is shed upon lifelong patterns, struggles, and relationship issues. Kate has a tremendous capacity to 'hold' you as you move through feelings that surface in her work, as well as, the wisdom needed to navigate through it, in a meaningful way. This gently leads to you to greater self-empowerment, fulfillment, relaxation and ease in your life, as you move through your process.
Kate is a faculty member at the Institute of Core Energetics East, as well as, a member of its Executive Committee. She is also a member of the United States Association of Body Psychotherapists.
